Vegas industrialist Steve Wynn undeniably has a reason to be keyed up about this holiday time. With an investment of around $2.3 billion, the spectacular hotel named Encore will be open for business this coming week.
This plush hotel and casino is joined to the tremendously fashionable Wynn Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip. As tons of LV hotel owners are doing the best they can to come across a direction to keep their hotels from closing, Wynn is doing pretty well with his $billion hotel-casino investments.
This 2,000 room hotel and casino is a great addition to the Wynn Las Vegas. The main focus of this tower will be the nightclub, dubbed XS. Steve Wynn has seen recently that nightclubs are a huge attraction in Sin City, and not predominantly the hotel-casinos like they have been in the past. Wynn says that LV nightclubs for the most part make more riches and are a massive hotspot for the younger pack.
He has also built an extravagant steakhouse adjacent to the XS nightclub. Inspired by the popular Colombian painter, Fernando Botero this circular restaurant has a gigantic Botero carving as the focal point. Not quite impressive as the nightclub which it is joined to; the Botero steakhouse is designed to complement quite well with the ostentatious Sin City nightclub.
The design behind XS and Botero is a sort of St. Tropez air, where the bash goes on 24 hours a day and the main part of the party occurs close to a swimming pool or beach-type setting. Things are not the same in Vegas, where most people favor parties to slots in this day and age.
